I'm assuming we count Lennon/McCartney songs as well...
In which case my favourite is "A Day In The Life". I love the way that the two different sections contrast, and the story it tells. Plus its easy to sing along to!
I also really like Glass Onion - I like all the little references to other Beatles songs in it :)
I don't actually know much of John Lennon's solo stuff - only "Imagine", and Happy Xmas (War Is Over). Unfortunately those two haven't really encouraged me to look into more of his work, as although I love the Beatles, I find those two songs a bit wishy washy!
