The other poet I like that is like Plath is Anne Sexton. Also off the top of my head a couple others - Edgar Allan Poe and William Blake. Also Allen Ginsburg (but I think you don't like the beats so you might not like him?) I've been trying to get into more poetry lately too but haven't really done much besides think about it ;)
