this only annoys me if it becomes impossible to get tickets to the concerts or, like you said, if the style of music changes. that happens a lot with heavier or punky bands *cough* AFI *cough* (although i do actually like the new AFI hehe).
if i was older in the 80s i would have been so into pop music! it would've been awesome :D
